Our Story
Traditions Catering focuses on honoring the food culture of our ancestors. The Adinkra African symbol “Sankofa”, which is used as our logo, means to “reach back and get it”. This truly exemplifies our philosophy and mission to pay homage to those who came before us through the many dishes deriving from their joys, triumphs and pain.
We don't believe that health should ever be sacrificed for flavor so we insist on serving the best quality food, using age old traditions, combined with healthier new recipes that deliver familiar flavors remnant of the past.
While our recipes will still remind you of your Grandma's cooking, trust that several substitutes and adjustments have been made to keep you lean and "heart healthy". So, feel free to dig in and enjoy!
